Once you have done that you will be directed to where you can either look at rentals or submit one of your own. TERMS OF SERVICE
I understand each rental was placed on our website by the owner and is subject to inaccuracies.
I understand Towery Real Estate does not manage, lease or provide any service for these rentals.
I understand potential renters need to contact the owners directly if interested in their property.
I understand it is possible that a property on the Towery Real Estate website has already been leased.
I understand properties will stay on the website for a length of 30 days from the date they were submitted.
I understand that an owner who wants to keep their listing on for more than the 30 day period will have to submit a new form at the end of each 30 day period.
I HEREBY RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS Towery Real Estate, Inc., its officers, officials, agents and/or employees, from any and all claims, demands, losses, and liability arising out of or related to the use of the rental website.
I understand Towery Real Estate, Inc. has no knowledge nor has it made any investigation for any defects in any properties found on their rental website.
I understand that TOWERY REAL ESTATE, INC. has no duty to inspect any properties on their rental website for defects, utility costs, or tax information.
I understand that the real estate brokers have no responsibility or liability to repair or replace any part, system or equipment in or on any of the properties on their rental website before, during or after rental.
I understand TOWERY REAL ESTATE, INC is simply hosting a location so lessees and lessors can come together, and is in no way involved in choosing lessees or lessors, verifying information, verifying the intentions of either lessee or lessor, or performing financial or criminal background checks on lessees or lessors.
I understand that all content of rentals must be acceptable to Towery Real Estate, Inc. and should Towery Real Estate, Inc. feel anything in the rental submission form is unacceptable for any reason, it will be deleted and not appear on the website.
I understand that Towery Real Estate, Inc. maintains the right to delete any or all rentals on their website at any time and at their own discretion.

Looking for a place to rent? Just browse the list to see what is currently available to rent in Shreveport/Bossier and it’s Surrounding Areas. This service is free of charge. We just ask that you think of us should you ever decide to buy a home or know of someone who may need a realtor.
Do you own Rental Property? Need a place to advertise? You’ve come to the right place. Just fill out the form below, being as thorough as possible, then hit submit. If you have a picture please upload it with your information. Once you have submitted your information you cannot change anything. Submitted rentals will be checked for content and then uploaded to the website. If content is deemed unacceptable, it will be deleted and will not show up on the website. Potential renters will contact owners directly so be sure to submit a phone number where you can be reached. Submissions are good for 30 days from the date they are submitted, and automatically deleted after 30 days. Please submit your property as often as you need to get it rented. This service is free of charge. We just ask that you think about us should you ever decide to sell your property or know of someone else who needs a realtor.
